ChewChew Innovation Accepted by ISPIM International Conference 2026, Granada, Spain

ChewChew, a sustainability-driven healthy snack innovation, has been officially accepted for presentation at the prestigious International Society for Professional Innovation Management (ISPIM) Conference 2026, one of the world’s leading international conferences in innovation management.
ChewChew was developed through a cross-national collaboration between Thailand and the United Kingdom, combining sustainable agricultural resources from Sukhothai, Thailand, with innovation expertise in Manchester, UK. The project focuses on transforming fruit-based raw materials into value-added healthy snack products through innovation in taste development, branding, packaging, and commercialisation. The research demonstrated strong consumer acceptance and highlighted the strategic importance of international collaboration in creating globally competitive and sustainable food innovations.
Operating under a sustainable value chain model from upstream production in Thailand to downstream market development in the UK, ChewChew aims to deliver healthier snack choices while supporting sustainable community development.
ChewChew founders, Thomas and Aaron, will present the innovation framework at the ISPIM Conference in Granada, Spain from 7–10 June 2026. The innovation model will also be published through an international innovation journal, further strengthening the global recognition of the ChewChew sustainable innovation framework.
