Built by Dr Suebsakul and Thomas Minnock, who met during the Alliance Manchester Business School MBA, a leading European business school and a top five UK university, renowned for academic excellence, world class research and practical business application, and ranked among the global top 10 for sustainable business leadership. Inspired by this environment, they discovered a shared passion for improving lives through health and wellbeing and through high quality food products.
Our History
Drawing on Dr Suebsakul’s family legacy of premium Thai natural products and Thomas Minnock’s expertise in health and wellness, they combined their strengths to create a brand that blends Eastern food traditions with Western product innovation.
ChewChew’s supply chain is rooted in Dr Suebsakul’s second-generation family business, The Phitsamai Company (est. 1994), based in Sukhothai, Thailand an area known for fertile agricultural land and world-renowned fruit production.
Enjoyed by thousands in Asia for over three decades, ChewChew continues the vision of developing beautifully crafted, research-led recipes using ethically sourced ingredients, bringing the UK and Europe some of the worlds tastiest natural fruit snacks.
